Machining Facility
Our advanced machining facility is equipped with modern CNC Machines to deliver precision components for Aerospace and other various sectors. With a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery, we support customer requirements ranging from prototype development to high-volume production. The facility is capable of machining components up to a maximum size of 1600 mm (length) × 800 mm (width).
Our facility is capable of machining a wide range of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, titanium, and engineering plastics (ferrous, non-ferrous materials, super alloys, plastics, etc.). Our manufacturing capabilities include VMC machining with 5-axis, HMC machining, VTL(Vertical Turret Lathe), Turn-mill, CNC Turning, surface grinding, and sub-assemblies.
